Hatha Yoga

A slower-paced yoga style focusing on controlled breathing (pranayama) and holding poses for several breaths before transitioning. It’s ideal for beginners and those looking to improve strength, posture, and flexibility.

Power Flow

A more intense version of Vinyasa Flow, Power Flow uses breath to transition through more challenging poses that build strength. It’s recommended to have some familiarity with Vinyasa before trying this class.

Traditional Indian Yoga

This class combines Hatha and Vinyasa flows, challenging strength, flexibility, and cardio, with an emphasis on pranayama (breathing techniques). Occasionally, instructors add mantra chanting, mudras (hand gestures), or meditation for deeper focus. Traditional Yoga is great for you if:


  • You’re familiar with yoga postures
  • You want to challenge your strength, flexibility, and cardio
  • You’re open to a meditative approach

Yin Yoga

A slow-paced style focusing on deep tissue stretches, especially for ligaments, joints, and fascia. Poses are held for 5 minutes or longer to release deep tension, often with props for added support.

Fit Class

A high-repetition workout with light weights or bands, challenging both muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. Modifications are available for all levels.

FAQs

Our classes strengthen and relax your body and mind. Experienced instructors offer a wide variety of accessible poses with modifications for all levels.


No, we offer both heated and non-heated classes.


Heated classes are around 36°C with 20-50% humidity. Non-heated classes are approximately 28°C.


Wear lightweight, breathable clothing such as shorts or leggings with a tee or tank top.


Bring a yoga mat, towel, water, and any necessary props. We provide blocks and straps. Showers are available with bath towels, and we have separate change rooms.

  • Mat & Towel Combo: $5


Most classes are 60 minutes; Yin classes are 75 minutes, and noon classes are 45 minutes. Check the schedule for specific details.


Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and lock your belongings. Latecomers will not be permitted entry.
